Joyce Homes is a name associated with excellence. Their work sets the bar very high, and the firm needed a superior online presence to match that reputation.

The Problem: Joyce Homes’ previous website was built on a shared server that was owned by a third party, which created logistical challenges anytime an update or change was needed. Technically speaking, the website was out of date and experiencing plugin conflicts, bugs in the theme, and other issues with functionality. Aesthetically, the website was not representative of the Joyce Homes brand.
The Solution: Our team migrated Joyce Homes’ web services (including email) to a new host provider – a company that we know, trust, and have relied upon for years. We then rebuilt the website from the ground up, retaining minimal copywriting elements from the previous website. All professional real estate imagery was provided by the client.
The Outcome: The new website design presents a higher-end user experience that is better aligned with the beautiful homes and communities for which Joyce Homes is known. In terms of functionality and technical maintenance, the site is without issue and performs very well from an SEO perspective.
